For regular Bottom Ends:

In our factory, has 12 tin lids produciton lines, covering full range diameters tin can bottom covers: including but not limited to Dia 50mm, 52mm, 62mm, 65mm,70mm, 73mm, 80mm, 83mm, 95mm, 99mm, 127mm, 153mm.

We are equipped with 6 printing lines (FUJI 4 colors, KBA. both UV and traditional off-set printing), and 5 lacquering lines.

We offer various food lacquerings, white BPA NI, aluminum paste, gold, clear. All 100% food grade, and contable with food.

Our production capacity is about 60 millions pcs per month, and standard lead time is about 20-30 days.

All lids are packed in water-proof paper sleeves, and stuck onto the fumigated wooden pallets.

This ensues the safe delivery of cargo all over the world.

- We have more than 25 lids lines. For regular bottom ends, we have 12 lines, monthly capacity is about 60 million pieces. For Easy open ends (Tinplate/TFS/Aluminum), we have 5 lines, capacity more than 30 million pieces per month.
