Monotop tin can, with either plastic or metal screw cap, is used for containing PCV Glue, Solvent, adhesive, cement, etc.

The screw cap is with brush, so to faciliate using the glue for end users.

Our factory has produces this type of tin can for more than 10 years.

We accept customization in printing and tin can volume.

We are using Fuji 4 color machine to do the print work, and our printing techncian is with more than 15 years experience.

Our capacity is about 500,000 sets per month.

Lead time for plain tinplate tin can (without printing), is about 10-15 days.

Lead time for tin can with printing is about 25-30 days depending on printing design and quantity.

-We are equipped with 3 fully automatic cutting lines, 6 printing lines (FUJI/KBA), and 5 lacquering lines. Daily steel stock is more than 20 000 tons. Our annual cutting capacity is above 200 000 tons, printing and lacquering capacity covers 80 000 tons.

- We have more than 25 lids lines. For regular bottom ends, we have 12 lines, monthly capacity is about 60 million pieces. For Easy open ends (Tinplate/TFS/Aluminum), we have 5 lines, capacity more than 30 million pieces per month.
