TFS Tinplate metal bottom cover ends

Regular tin end is generally used to seal the bottom of the can body, during the manufacturing process to create a watertight seal. While the other sides of the food, is mainly sealed by a Easy Open Ends, or other type of metal top cover.

The Bottom Ends are also commonly referred to as can ends, can bottoms, or can lids. They can be removed with a can opener to access the contents of the can.

Our factory has 12 tin lids produciton lines, covering full range diameters Tin Can Bottom Cover: including but not limited to Dia 50mm, 52mm, 62mm, 65mm,70mm, 73mm, 80mm, 83mm, 95mm, 99mm, 127mm, 153mm.

We are equipped with 6 printing lines (FUJI 4 colors, KBA. both UV and traditional off-set printing), and 5 lacquering lines, so to offer clients customized printing and lacaquering service.

We offer various food lacquerings, white BPA NI, aluminum paste, gold, clear. All 100% food grade, and contable with food.

We also offer industrial, chemical bottom covers, for paint cans, for lubricants cans.
